Pork Cracklins Nutritional Info
Slightly more crisp than their Chicharron cousin, “Cracklins” get their name from the crackling sound during the cooking process. These crunchy tidbits are what remains when the pork fat is rendered (cooked down) to make lard.
Our Cracklins contain just 2 simple ingredients: fried pork fat (with skin) and salt. This high protein, low-carb alternative to chips makes the perfect on-the-go snack. For a more traditional spin, enjoy with salsa or a splash of hot sauce and lime juice.

Question:
If I soak your yummy beans overnight and then plant them, will they grow?
Gandules
Arroz con gandules are a Puerto Rican dish not Mexican. Mexican may do this dish but it is traditional in P.R. and they may mass produce it in Mexico.
