Pat steak dry and rub with olive oil to coat evenly.
Pour half of the taco seasoning onto a plate in an even layer. Place steak on top to thoroughly coat. Repeat on the other side.
Lightly grease grill using olive oil and a paper towel.
Lay steak on grill for 4-5 minutes. Flip and cook an additional 3-4 minutes (med-rare.) 5 minutes and up for medium to well-done.
2. Mixed with hummus or yogurt for dip.
This “Taco Hummus” only requires two ingredients – a packet of Organic Taco Seasoning and your favorite hummus! Combine 2 Tablespoons of seasoning per 1 cup of hummus (or sour cream, yogurt, nacho cheese, etc). Serve with veggies, chips or crackers.
