Made from the pressed juice of sun-ripened Caribbean coconuts. Our velvety Cream of Coconut adds a sweet taste of the tropics to any dish or drink! Richer and thicker then traditional coconut milk, it makes for an exceptional alternative to heavy cream for baking or mixed beverages.

THE PERFECT PIÑA COLADA: (Serves 2)

• 2 oz. of La Preferida Cream of Coconut
• 4 oz. pineapple juice
• 3 oz. Rum
• 2 cups of ice cubes

Directions: Mix well in a blender. Serve in a tall glass and garnish with pineapple chunk and a cherry.
