- 2 cups of Puffed Millet*
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1 cup roasted cashews
- 1 cup dried mango
- ½ cup bittersweet chocolate or 100% dark chocolate chunks, or vegan chocolate
- ½ cup raw pepitas
- ¼ cup dried cherries
- ¼ cup of dried cranberries
- 2 Tbls La Preferida Organic Taco Seasoning
* Substitute with puffed quinoa, kamut or puffed grain cereal
Preheat oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, toss puffed millet in taco seasoning to evenly coat. Place on a baking pan, lined with wax paper, and bake for 3 minutes.
Remove from oven and let it cool for 10 minutes. Mix with remaining ingredients and store in an airtight container.
