Ingredients
- 2 lbs. of leftover mashed potatoes
- 4 oz. can La Preferida Whole Chipotles in Adobo
Method
1. Remove 2 peppers from the can and mince. Reserve 3 tbsp. of sauce from the can as well.
2. Reheat mashed potatoes. ** Chef Tip: If using a sauce pan to reheat the potatoes, add a few tablespoons of broth or water to prevent them from sticking/drying out.
3. Add chipotle peppers, and blend well. Work in batches if necessary.
