- 2 lbs. medium Yukon potatoes
- 2 Tbsp. La Preferida Chipotle Peppers
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1 tsp. garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. salt
Wash and peel potatoes. Cut potatoes into four even pieces.
In a pot, bring potatoes to a simmer in salted water. Cook until tender. Strain.
Move potatoes to a bowl and fold in remaining ingredients. Mash until smooth. Keep warm until ready to serve.
