Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 pkt La Preferida Guacamole Seasoning Mix
- 1 poblano pepper, roasted, peeled, and diced
- ½ cup queso fresco, diced
- ¼ bunch cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
Method
Cut avocados in half; remove pits and scoop out the pulp with a spoon.
In a bowl, mash avocados with a fork until smooth.
Add Guacamole Seasoning Mix; stir until thoroughly combined.
In a separate bowl, combine poblano, queso fresco, cilantro and lime juice. Mix well.
Add half of the contents to the guacamole and stir.
Use the other half of the mixture on top of the guacamole.
