- 1 lb. ground beef or turkey
- 3 Tbsp. La Preferida Fajita Seasoning (or Organic Taco Seasoning)
- 1 lb. sweet mini bell peppers
- ¼ cup La Preferida Organic Pico de Gallo Salsa
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Optional: serve with chips and salsa on the side
Preheat oven to 350º
Slice bell peppers in half (lengthwise). Set aside.
Cook ground beef with fajita/taco seasoning according to package instructions.
Add pico de gallo to ground beef or turkey. Spoon beef mixture into peppers and place on a baking sheet. Top with mozzarella cheese and bake for 7 minutes.
Allow to cool for two minutes before serving.
