Preheat oven to 350º

Slice bell peppers in half (lengthwise). Set aside.

Cook ground beef with fajita/taco seasoning according to package instructions.

Add pico de gallo to ground beef. Spoon beef mixture into peppers and place on a baking sheet. Top with mozzarella cheese and bake for 7 minutes.

Allow to cool for two minutes before serving.
