Ingredients
INGREDIENTS:
- 2-15oz cans La Preferida Chickpeas
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
DRESSING:
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp La Preferida Organic Fish Taco Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey or 1/2 tsp La Preferida Organic Agave
Method
- In a large bowl, combine salad ingredients.
- In a small bowl, whisk together salad dressing ingredients.
- Pour dressing over salad and serve immediately. Or keep dressing on the side and refrigerate salad for up to 3 days.
