Our bottled Pico de Gallo is as close to homemade as it gets! This vibrant blend of tomatoes, jalapeños, cilantro and garlic has an authentic taste without the hassle. A versatile Mexican cooking staple ideal. It pairs well with eggs, chile relleños, and of course tacos! The thicker consistency makes a great base for a simple ceviche or standalone dip.

Pico de Gallo translates to “rooster’s beak.” While the term has many origins, many believe it came from the traditional method of eating the salsa by pinching it between the thumb and forefinger. It also goes by “Salsa Fresca” or “Salsa Mexicana”. Since the finely chopped red tomatoes, white onion, and green cilantro resemble the Mexican flag.
