Ingredients
- 2 chicken thighs, cooked
- ⅓ can La Preferida Organic Black Beans, drained
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 box La Preferida Organic Spanish Rice
- Pinch of salt
Method
- Cook Spanish Rice according to package directions.
- While rice is cooking, shred chicken or chop into small pieces.
- When rice is ready, let it cool for 2 minutes. Fold in chicken, beans, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Mix thoroughly and serve.
