Black Bean Brownies introduce a healthy twist to a classic dessert! Chickpeas add an extra boost of fiber and protein while avocado adds its own richness. Top it off with a dash of cocoa powder, vanilla, and espresso for a truly unique treat!



  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Combine all ingredients (except for the chocolate chips) in a food processor and blend until completely smooth.
  3. Stir the chocolate chips into the batter. Then pour into a greased 8×8 pan.
  4. Cook the black bean brownies 15-18 minutes, then let cool at least 10 minutes before slicing.
