Method

Prepare ground beef with taco seasoning according to package instructions. If using Soyrizo, skip this step.

In a medium pot, heat refried beans over med/low heat. Stirring occasionally until warmed through. Repeat this step with Nacho Cheese Sauce.

Cover a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Make an even layer of chips. Evenly spread refried beans, ground beef, and additional toppings across the top.

I’ve always been a fan of La Preferida cheese and adding it to a nacho platter was a game changer

My son and I have a weekly tradition where we make new recipes together. I chose this one due to the minimal ingredients and simplicity of cooking. My son had such a good time choosing his toppings …then gobbled it right up! Will make it again

I skipped the jalapenos since I don’t like heat and added green chiles instead. Chef’s kiss!

Made a huge tray for a March Madness party – it was gone in 5 minutes. Might make this part of my monthly recipe rotation.
