We know what you’re thinking… beans can’t possibly make a great base. Well, think again! Our vegetarian chili recipe brings you a filling and flavorful substitution to the traditional beef chili. Simply add a few of your favorite veggies and you’ve got yourself a tasty, healthy meal the whole family will love!


In a large pot, heat olive oil and sauté onions until translucent.

Next, combine black beans and kidney beans in pot. Mix in additional ingredients (adding refried beans last), including the vinegar from the jalapeño peppers. Mix thoroughly and cook for 35 minutes, until heated through.
